At 5 Financial, one of our most pressing goals is to make sure we keep improving as a financial advisory practice. To this end, we are seeking the help of our clients.
In coming weeks, an independent research company, the Beddoes Institute, will conduct an online Client Experience Survey on our behalf . This survey will measure our current service performance and benchmark this against some of the leading financial advice practices in the country.
On Monday 22 August, the Beddoes Institute will you a link via email, inviting you to participate in the survey. The survey will remain open until 9 September 2016.
This survey will be more “in-depth” than the one we conducted last year so we are hoping to obtain more specific insights into ways we can improve.
We’d very much value your involvement as your feedback allows us to objectively assess our current service performance and identify where and how we can improve.
