For clients of 5 Financial, we’re always on the lookout for ways to help make managing your financial world easier.

Most now use our wealth portal (MyProsperity) as a way of keeping track of their finances, and are enjoying doing so.

We’ve recently begun using a new feature available within MyProsperity – that is, the ability for you to digitally sign a  wide range of documents. (This includes Tax Returns, Pension Minutes and Authority to Proceed forms, for example.)

If you’re not sure what ‘digitally signing’ means, the video below will explain how it works.

In short, digital signatures mean no more scanning and emailing documents, saving you considerable time and trouble.

Furthermore, your signed documents will be securely stored in your MyProsperity portal so you have easy access to your important documents.

In addition to signing and storing your documents online, here’s a recap of other benefits available through the MyProsperity portal:

  • Find important documents – your tax returns, wills, insurance documents and rent statements can be stored online and are accessible on any device.
  • Real time net worth tracker includes live feeds for your property, car, super, bank accounts, loans plus much more.
  • Make tax easy – live bank feeds for credit cards, bank accounts, loans make getting all the info together at tax time super easy. You can even store receipts.
  • Know where your money is going – auto categorisation of all your transactions and instant budgets mean no more spreadsheets.
